Do I have to give up my favourite foods?

Absolutely not. We build your nutrition around the foods you actually enjoy. Weekends, dinners out, the occasional treat. None of that is off the table. The whole point is building something you can sustain long term, not white knuckling your way through a plan you hate.

I've got a family. Do I have to cook separate meals?

No. You’ll learn how to enjoy your favourite foods in a balanced way without ruining progress. Nothing is off-limits - it’s about building habits that actually last. Hey, I'm Josh

I'm a dad of two, a husband, and someone who grew up on a sheep farm in rural Victoria. Hard work and straight talking are just how I was raised.

Outside of coaching I'm pretty simple. I love a early morning run before the house wakes up, a good coffee, and weekends spent outdoors with my family. Travelling with Candice and the kids, staying close with the people who matter, and finding time to just slow down. That's what life is about for me.

I've been coaching for 16 years and I still genuinely love what I do. There's something about watching a parent who's been stuck for years finally turn a corner that makes this whole thing worth it every single time.

I'm not the kind of coach who sends you a plan and wishes you luck. I'm in the trenches with you. The good weeks, the messy weeks, the weeks where everything goes sideways and you just need someone in your corner who gets it. That's where I show up.
